Please note: Once your package has been handed over to the postal service, Miloux is no longer responsible for any delays, loss, or damage that may occur during transit.
Of course, we will do everything we can to assist you in resolving any issues, but the final responsibility lies with the postal service.
Returns
Due to the handmade and delicate nature of our products, returns will only be accepted if there’s no damage on the product. We only accept returns within 14 days after delivery.
